  1. Happy Halloween! No trick or treater's at my house fortunately. they don't tend to dress up here (yet). maybe a plastic mask from the supermarket, but that's it. they just want the lollies!

    1. Yeah luckily we don't get that many, usually just the kids who live a few doors down. Trick or treating doesn't seem to be that popular where I live thankfully!

    2. I am expecting as many as 300 trick-or-treaters at my door!

  2. Happy Halloween to you, Sarah! I was just about to turn age 13 at Halloween 1962 when Bobby "Boris" Pickett topped the U.S. chart with "Monster Mash." Bobby released another spooky single, "Monsters' Holiday," just in time for Christmas and that record reached #30. Thanks for the memories, dear friend Sarah, and I'll be looking forward to seeing your Sixties style winter fashions!

  4. I love this song soooo much!!! I probably play it at least once a day (often twice or more) during the month of October. Ditto for Purple People Eater, the Ghostbusters song, and Michael Jackson's classic Thriller. Sometimes, when I'm really craving Halloween but it's nowhere in site, I'll listen to it and suddenly October doesn't seem all that far off any more. :)
